The beautiful song Zack sang to his new bride!  It was a beautiful wedding and the reception was the most fun!  I was so blessed to be a part of their big day and humbled that they asked me to do a reading during the ceremony.  I have grow up with Zack and somehow the stars aligned just right and he married one of my best friends from middle school!  I am so excited to see what the future has in store for these two and I pray they have many years of blessings and happiness.  And Zack and Briana please remember to never go to "sleepy" angry!  ;)

If their is one thing my family loves about spring in Kentucky is hunting and eating mushrooms!  Jason, Oaks, and Lakelyn could eat them by the bushel.  Avery and I, on the other hand, do good to eat one.  I also have to admit I HATE hunting them!!  It takes me forever and I am not very good at finding them.  Jason can spot one from a mile away.  Needless to say I usually stay behind when they head out to the woods...plus it gives me some much needed Mommy time!

Rounding 3rd and heading for home!

We had a big day at the ballpark.  Today was the start of the opening tournament for Avery's rec. league.  They won their first two games, lost the third by one run, and won the fourth.   We are keeping our fingers crossed that we win the championship tomorrow!  Regardless, it will be good game!

We got this little guy signed for Kindergarten!  I can't believe he is going off to school.  He is so excited and really looking forward to August.  Avery has already been giving him tips.  :)

Spring Bulbs

We took full advantage of this 70 degree day!  The kids and I had a picnic, we played outside all day, grilled out, and I even move some of my bulb to a new flower bed I made.  I am so happy warm weather is finally here!

Sips & Strokes

We had so much fun at our painting class!  Mom had bought a groupon for her, Katie, and Avery and I to go one evening.  When we walked in it was like a reunion!  It just so happen that we picked the same night as a few other people we knew.  It was so fun getting to paint and catch up with our long lost friends, Mike & Taylor.  We also ran into another friend of ours, Kalena (thanks for taking the picture!)  What a fun night!

What the Heck!

Why I am getting formula in the mail!?!?!  And no, I am NOT pregnant!!  I am pretty sure that stage of my life is over...no more babies here.  It would take divine intervention for that to happen!  This is a good way for the formula companies to start a nice little rumor about someone!  LOL!

Oaks loves to ride the 4-wheeler.  He could spend hours on it at a time. And to tell the truth I am a little worried that he is going to run a dirt track through my yard!

You can't have Easter dinner without deviled eggs!  I love them and so does Oaks.  Between the two of us we could probably eat the entire dozen!

After almost two weeks of dealing with the flu and still feeling terrible I decided to made a trip to the Little Clinic...just to find out that I now had a Sinus Infection and Bronchitis.  You have got to be kidding me!!

Day 79 - 87

So I caught the flu.  That turned into a Sinus Infection and bronchitis.  I am pretty sure I have never been so sick in my life.  I did good to get out of bed during this time therefore I have absolutely no pictures.  So my 365 is going to have to become a 356. :p

There is nothing like a good game of Jenga at work.  You could, at anytime, walk into our Dev office (where our development and programers "live") and find an ongoing game of Jenga!

Play Ball

We drove straight from Nashville to Glasgow to watch Avery in her first ball tournament of the season with her travel team.  It had been beautiful all weekend and then decided to turn super cold on Sunday.  They had little heaters for the girls to sit by when they weren't playing and the rest of us were bundled up with clothes and blankets.  Needless to say this is not my type of softball weather!!

Nashville!

The SEC Tournament was in Nashville again this year.  We love any excuse to make a trip to Nashville, but to go and cheer on our Cats is the best!  We didn't end up buying tickets this year since our beloved Wildcats weren't playing very well.  So glad we didn't since they got beat out in the first round, but we still had an awesome time with friends the rest of the weekend!

"Baby Sick"

My youngest, Lakelyn, has to take a baby doll with her everywhere.  Seriously, we rarely leave our house without one.  Usually it's Bitty, Molly or Lucy, but today she attached herself to a different baby, which she told me later she was naming Avery. I am sure her big sister is so proud to have a baby doll named after her!  :)  Anyhow, Lakelyn had a yucky looking eye so my mom took her to the doctor and it turned out that she had pink eye.  Of course she took her baby into the office with her and once Dr. Ball was done checking Lakelyn out, she informed her that her baby was sick too.  A big thanks to our wonderful doctor who took the time to examine Lakelyn's baby doll as well.  Lake has talked about it for days!  She had told everyone that "Dr. Ballgame said my baby has pink eye."

So I guess we are on a fruit kick around here!  LOL!  I seriously had no idea what to take a picture of today so I just grabbed a Strawberry and went with it.  Not exactly what I was going for, but I thought it was kind of neat.

Vintage

Some of our good friends are renovating an old home and we went for a visit on Saturday to check on the progress.  This is the old porch fan that was still hanging.

They also have a fireman's pole to slide down from the porch.  The kids thought this was greatest thing and are ready to put one in at our house!  I just had to share since it's not everyday you see a home with one of these!
